Sophie (Matt's girlfriend from England) text me last night asking if I wanted to go shopping with her and Becky (girlfriend of Marcus who I met when we all went for pizza last week) I told her I would love to!
The only negative thing is that I had a scheduled facetime date with Krystal and Greg for that time, but they understood and we rescheduled (Can't wait to see you guys!) Sophie heads back home next week so I want to spend as much time with her as I can before she leaves because she is so sweet and fun!
Becky picked up Sophie and I after my class was out at 11:30, and we were off!
We went to Claremont which is where Becky lives (about 40 mins from Joondalup) to a shopping center. I would deem it like Walnut Creek back home. All the shops we went into were so expensive! Nothing under $120!!! Sophie was looking for a dress and so was Becky. I told them ahead of time I had no real money to shop with and especially after seeing those prices I was right!
This dress was $700!
In its defense it seemed to be made out of really sturdy fabric and
the embellishments were thick (not cheap) steel. I presume.
What do I know about fashion?!
We had lunch together at a fun little place, and also ate at a chocolate cafe! It was a really fun trip.
On the way home Becky took the coastal route so we were able to stare at the ocean the whole drive. It was the first time I got to see it since I have been here and it was beautiful. It started to rain (of course) but it was really pretty I liked it!
I just finished an hour long class at the gym called Abs Butt Thighs (ABT) and I'm going to die. Going from no exercise at all to two days in a row is rough! I am going to be dead sore tomorrow.
I was going to go out tonight but since its rainy and stormy outside I decided not to. Instead I am packing my things for my move tomorrow and sorting laundry (I havent done any laundry since I have been here haha!)
Glad things are looking up!

Glad to hear your friend network is expanding. And I'm happy to hear that you got to see some of the countryside too!
You need to get some protein (like Trev has, the "milkshake" type) so your muscles will heal easier and be way less sore....it works.... I just forget the brand, but it's great stuff.
Got an umba yet? HaHa
Love you, Pops
