Isaac came to talk to me while I was doing my dishes (I made a chicken quesadilla for dinner and totally burned it but I still ate it haha) and he told me that he's frustrated because he wants to switch bathrooms....
HUH???
What are you talking about? I said. See, we have two bathrooms in the unit and the one on the right is much cleaner than the one on the left. But (SHOCKER!) There is no bathroom police! I know... you're as shocked as I am considering they are so prevalent in other areas of the world but NOT HERE! Not at the ECU Village.
"Shower wherever you want" I said. "There's no bathroom police..."
He was so overjoyed I swear he would have kissed an indian. (OK probably not...) He did a sort of happy jig at getting the bathroom 'go ahead' from me that I almost laughed.
He explained that the (indian guy) refuses to clean the bathroom even though its his chore in our unit, and the bathroom is disgusting and Isaac won't clean it because it is not his chore and "not his dirt"
Locard's principle would beg to differ Isaac. (Google it)
Basically-- its the theory that with everything you come into contact with you take something with you and leave something behind. Therefore, if Isaac has gone into the bathroom then there IS INDEED his dirt in there.
Anyways, after I got done with my dishes he asked me if I had early morning class. I said no... and he asked me to have a beer with him. I politely refused and told him I was going to go to the gym in the morning so no drinking for me... He said "Oh good! Going to the gym good for you!"
Thanks for reminding me I NEED to work out. Ugh. I'm just kidding I know he was being harmless.
Anyway its 10pm and I have to do some reading and prepare for class tomorrow and sleep! ....Hopefully.
Love you all!
